This is a pretty easy & yummy tasting quick meal Makes 4 servings.
2 Tablespoons margarine
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 red bell pepper,chopped
1 pound peeled, deveined large shrimp
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and black pepper, (optional)
1 (9-ounce) package fresh spinach fettuccine,cooked and drained

Heat margarine and oil in medium skillet or wok over medium heat. Add onions and red pepper. Stir-fry 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add shrimp and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.
Stir in lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper, if desired. Serve over hot fettuccine. Garnish as desired.
