I find for me that walking is a great way to release the stresses of the day. The beauty of the outdoors and the wildlife that I see during my walks, touches my soul in a positive way. Some days I may be tired, but putting that aside, I always feel so alive and refreshed after I walk. I try and keep a pace that is about a 12 minute mile. Some days are faster. I encourage each and everyone of you to make a commitment to yourself to walk daily.
