I don't eat any meat, but I drink a lot of milk (about 3/4 gallon 1% milk a day). I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. I don't like sweet foods very much, but I like chocolate a lot. I eat mostly 7 grain wholewheat breads. I eat a lot of tomato, garlic, onions, avocado, mango and spinach. I also eat blackberries, strawberries, currants, and walnuts during breakfast with cereal.

For breakfast we often have a high fiber cereal with yogurt and a small fruit beverage.
We eat salads most days with typically about a half dozen different vegetables mixed in. I add a few tablespoons of flax seed, bran, cornmeal and mix it in with a little oil and vinegar. We have bananas, apples, mangoes, pears, etc regularly also.
We do eat meat but only moderately. We have fish about twice a week.
